

Liane Hambly – MA, ILM7, PGCHE, DCG, BA
Liane has over 35 years of experience in the career development field as a coach, trainer, university lecturer and author. She is co-author of Creative Career Coaching (Routledge 2019), a best-selling book for career practitioners and Sailplaning – creating a 4-D life and career (2023). Liane produces multi-media resources to support the delivery of the QCF level 6 Diploma in Career Guidance and Development. These resources are currently used by many training providers throughout the UK to support their level 4 and 6 programmes. Her areas of expertise are Career Development Theory, and Career Guidance Interviewing.
Whilst delivering keynotes and workshops worldwide, Liane continues to run her own career coaching and supervision practice and is a qualified assessor.

Liz Walters, A1, V1, V2, DCG, BA Hons
Liz is an experienced Careers Professional most recently being responsible for the founding and running of a large assessment centre. The assessment centre developed into one of the most highly regarded in England delivering careers guidance qualifications to career professionals both at home and abroad. Liz has 24 years experience in the field and holds the Diploma CG along with assessor and IQA qualifications.

Tracie Higgins, NVQ Level 3
Tracie has worked in the careers sector as an administrator for nearly 30 years gaining an enormous amount of experience over that time. She has successfully attained NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration and Customer Service.
For the last 10 years, Tracie has been the administrator for a highly regarded assessment centre providing support to learners, trainers, assessors and centre manager.

Louise Goodman DipCG, D32/D33, D34, NVQ level 4 in Learning and Development,
Level 4 Association of Project Management Qualification (PMQ) RCDP/MCDI
Louise has over 29 years of experience in the careers guidance sector in the roles of workforce development trainer, tutor/assessor on both the apprenticeship and commercial careers guidance qualifications, supporting learners working towards Level 3, 4 or 6 qualifications.
Louise is a qualified assessor and internal quality assurer (IQA) and is an active careers guidance professional working with a range of clients across the age groups.

Katherine Jennick RCDP. BA, Level 6 in Career Guidance and Development, BA, AIM Level 3 award in Education and Training, NVQ Level 4 LDSS
Katherine is a UK-based Career Development Professional, Mentor, and Educator. In 2019, she founded What’s your strength?®, which started as a card activity to empower teenagers and has since evolved into a series of award-winning resources for all ages that are used in 16 countries. Katherine’s innovative work has been recognised by the Department of Education, and she has been shortlisted for CDI Careers Adviser of the Year and two business startup awards. Her resources are recommended by National Careers Week, the CDI, and The Careers and Enterprise Company. Katherine also offers 1:1 career guidance for young people and delivers collaborative creative workshops to a variety of audiences. She is the co-architect of the #SoMuchMoreThanTalkingAboutJobs campaign and a passionate advocate for the career development sector.

Lisa Langston D32/D33, D34. DCG. BA. C&G73057, Psychological Corporation level A and B psychological testing
Lisa has spent over 30 years working within the Career Guidance/Coaching world, initially as a career adviser in schools, colleges and training providers. These experiences embedded the importance of reflective practice, Continuing Professional Development and inclusivity into her practice. She has maintained these beliefs when working as an Assessor and the Trainer, IQA, roles she currently plays and enjoys massively.
Lisa has been employed and self-employed, having worked for Careers Wales, Northern Ireland Careers Service, Suffolk County Council, Barnardo’s, Kent County Council amongst others.
Other roles she’s played include Professional Development Manager, Centre Manager and Lead IQA.

Gill Fox-Johnson- BA Hons, QCG, A1, RCDP/MCDI
Gill has 22 years of experience in the career development sector working as a career development professional and an assessor. She has worked across various educational settings and has assessed schools pursuing the national Quality in Careers Standard. Gill’s expertise spans the assessment of career development qualifications from Levels 2 to 6, including the Level 6 Career Development Professional apprenticeship and the standalone Level 6 in Career Guidance and Development. Currently, she delivers career guidance to a wide range of clients in educational settings and assesses commercial Level 6 qualifications, bringing a wealth of practical and professional insights into her practice.

Becky Marshall –BA (Hons) QCG, PGCE FE, ICF ACC, CAVA, IQA
Becky Marshall (RCDP) qualified with a Qualification in Careers Guidance in 2007 and has worked in a number of career development settings including schools, colleges and higher education institutions across the East Midlands.
In addition to working as a freelance Career Adviser, Becky is a trained assessor and Internal Quality Assurer (IQA). Her responsibilities include supporting in training candidates undertaking Diploma and conducting internal quality assurance. Becky has a particular passion for working with students, helping to develop their career interview skills and guidance toolkit.
Having achieved her ICF Associated Certified Coach (ACC) accreditation, Becky now offers coaching and mentoring support to candidates around developing their guidance practice.
